Is Creative Work Lonely?

A recent study published in Academy of Management reveals that people who exercise more creativity on the job seem to spend less time with their spouses, and the time they do spend with their spouses is of lower quality. A term recently coined by Facebook executive, Emily White, implies that work and free time are no longer segregated, but consistently blurred together.
