Who We Are
English Sall (left) and Emery Clayton (right) are currently pursuing PhDs in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University. Collectively they have worked with numerous nonprofits, for-profits and social impact organizations in an effort to define metrics of success, necessary characteristics of a burgeoning entrepreneurial workforce, and continued research in the spirit of I-O Psychology for the common good. English has worked as a Data Strategist Fellow with ORGANize and as a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists-United Nations Liaison team. Emery is a Graduate Researcher at the United States Army Special Operations Command and a Business Analyst for Cisco. English and Emery have conducted much of their research under direction of the Aspen Institute and have recently co-founded their organization Impact Thread.
